Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 March 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Dino. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dino application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dino International IP Ltd ("Dino", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Dino is a technology company that provides a platform connecting users with regulated financial service providers. These Terms apply to your use of the Dino platform and any associated services.
2. Nature of Our Services
Dino operates as a technology platform that connects users with financial products and services offered by regulated third-party providers. The Dino application provides a unified interface through which you may access services — such as payment accounts, cards, and money management tools — that are delivered by licensed financial institutions.
The information and tools available through the Service are provided for general informational and management purposes. Nothing in the Service or these Terms constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any significant financial decisions.
3. Third-Party Financial Services
Financial services made available through the Dino platform — including but not limited to payment accounts, debit cards, money transmission, and currency exchange — are provided by third-party financial institutions that are duly authorised and regulated under applicable EU law, including the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the Electronic Money Directive 2 (EMD2).
Dino acts solely as a technology intermediary that facilitates access to these third-party services. Your contractual relationship in respect of any financial services is directly with the relevant regulated third-party provider, and their own terms and conditions will apply. Dino accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of any third-party financial service provider.
Details of the regulated partners providing financial services will be disclosed to you within the application at the time of onboarding or product activation.
4. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your country of residence;
- Meet any eligibility requirements set by the relevant regulated financial service providers;
- Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from using the Service.
The Service is intended for personal (consumer) use only. Business or corporate accounts are not currently supported. By using the Service you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Service you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date;
- Keep your account credentials (username, password, and any authentication codes) confidential and secure;
- Notify us immediately at security@dinocard.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Not use the Service in a manner that could facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime contrary to applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) legislation.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, and other content — are owned by or licensed to Dino. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, or use it to develop a competing product or service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dino's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Dino in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) €100.
Dino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Dino does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any content or information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or professional advice.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, using the email address associated with your account.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you have the right to terminate your account before the changes come into force. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
You may close your account and terminate your use of the Service at any time by contacting us at support@dinocard.com or through the account settings within the application.
Dino may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) we discontinue the Service.
On termination, any licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You may also benefit from mandatory protections afforded by the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside, which cannot be excluded by choice of law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service that cannot be resolved through our complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
